What Could Be Causing A Persistent Rash And Red Spots On My Testicle And Foreskin?

I have a rash on my left testicle and red spots (now not as noticeable as they were) on my foreskin. A couple of them would have light skin peeling. They wouldn t ooze, burn or itch really. The rashnin my testicle would itch really bad when it first appeared. I then tried some antifungal cream. And then I eventually tried a yeast infection pill and a prescription antifungal cream from my doctor. Non of these for rid of the rash. The creams I ky temporarily relieved the itching. I ve had this issue for about 5 months. The rash doesn t itch and much as what it did when it first started but I don t know what it is. What could I possibly have???

Hello,

Take a course of Fluconazole orally to get rid of the infection. Keep your private area clean and wear loose fitting cotton clothes. Apply ointment Clotrimazole (Lotrimin, Mycelex) Miconazole (Micatin) on the affected areas. Do not scratch, to avoid itching take antihistamine at bedtime.

Ointment Hydrocortisone can get rid of dermatitis or eczema. Avoid taking food that triggers your symptoms. Avoid taking hot, spicy, oily food. You should get better in 9-10 days. Get clinically examined by a dermatologist, get skin test, blood tests, STD tests etc., done.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
