Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorder or essential arterial hypertension. For this reason, I would recommend discussing with your GP for a physical exam and some tests:

- An abdominal ultrasound in order to examine the adrenal glands and the blood flow in the renal arteries
- Complete blood count
- Blood electrolytes
- Thyroid hormone levels
- Cortisol and aldosterone plasma levels.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
