What Could Be Causing Constantly Hunger Despite Eating High Quantities Of Food?
For months now I never get the feeling of being full or satisfied no mattter how much i eat or snack. I do not put on any extra weight despite the over eating this causes. At all times of the day my hunger is off the scale. It is becoming a real problem for me now.
Certain underlying medical conditions like hyperthyroidism, diabetes, metabolic disorder, etc., can cause such symptoms. Get clinically examined by a GP, get all required blood and imaging tests done. The pathology triggering your appetite and the underlying medical condition diagnosed will be treated accordingly.
Chew food properly before eating. Take time to eat, do not eat in a hurry. Take food that is easy to digest. Take adequate water and fluid. Take substantial food. Avoid munching on too many snacks. Do regular exercises. Discipline yourself to eat healthy, homemade food as it is nutritious for you. Avoid processed and packaged food. Your weight is not yet increased but wrong eating habits will slowly cause weight gain.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
