Dear Dr, Please advise me what diagnostics/tests are needed, to find out what is wrong with my health! I already had a number of chronic issues which needed to be addressed, but i believe all the things got much worse 1 year ago after 2 short treatments with antibiotic LEVOFLOXACIN - for dysentery and then second time for infected wound. After this many new symptoms appeared which are quite strange and mostly pronounced after about 20min while lying down relaxed on back. //Tests already done recently: Echocardio for heart was ok. Have done Ultrasound 3months ago for abdomen. Spleen, liver, gallblader, bladder appeared to be fine on it. Cholestorol, Hgb, iron, magnesium, blood sugar were in norm. Latest general blood tests revieled these to be close to out of norm: MCHC 35.9 (from 31-35) PLT 165 (from 150-400) WBC 4.3 (from 4-11) RBC 4.8 (from 3.8-6.5) From ultrasound is found few little KIDNEY STONES Endoscopy observed mild GASTRITIS, H-pylori not found. HERES THE FULL LIST OF CHRONIC SYMTOMS AND NEW CHRONICS SINCE THE LAST YEAR: ///LUNGS / CHEST 1) I have history of CHRONIC BRONCHITIS and ASTHMA since childhood. ASTHMA is less severe now in my adult age, but i have a dry COUGH FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS almost daily. 2) Since the last year after antibiotics started to appear single SPASM IN THE CHEST while lying down on back relaxed. Their strenght is increasing each month, for the last 2 months they cause SUFFOCATION. Before spasm there is tingling and distention in epigastrium,after suffocation there is increased heart beat. ///What could be the cause?? 3) Few times during the last 2 months have observed involuntary forcefull exhalations while lying down on back. ///What could be the cause?? 4) Since the last year sometimes i observe dull CHEST PAIN in heart area ///HEART /CIRCULATORY Had very pronounced ARRHYTHMIA in nighttime when lying for few months after antibiotic course, with severe palpitations, shortness of breath in daytime.But had observed these heart problems also for the last 15years (but not as prominent as now) My cholestorol is in norm, blood pressure usually 100/70, sometimes lower. Arrhythmia got relieved by homeopathy. But still i feel the weakness of heart, especially when not having sound sleep, sometimes skipping of heartbeats when relaxed in bed, cant sleep on left side. Varicose veins on legs, got worse since last year. ///EXTREMITIES Weekly since last year sudden symetrical SINGLE JERKS in limbs, shoulders, pelvis or head, sometimes of whole body like a push from inside, all these WHEN LYING DOWN relaxed on back (not sleeping) Sometimes single whole body SPASM OF STIFFNESS when lying in any posture. //What could be the cause of all these?? ///THROAT Since dysentery case i started to notice a throat inflammation CHRONIC PHARYNGITIS (from symptoms could be ATROPHIC form), Have it for 1 year already, its not painful, but the pharynx feels constricted, raw, mucosa is very dry, dark violet at bottom with viscid mucus patches forming like a layer, very difficult to clear. Pharynx has visible net of capilaries. Also Uvula and fauces are covered with net of visible dark red capilaries all this time. Hoarseness. Did endoscopy, cause this could be caused by GERD, they found mild GASTRITIS. Took prescribed Cinitapride 1mg, Pantodenk 2x day for 1 month, but these medicines didnt have any effect on pharyngitis. Visually pharyngitis is getting worse. Whats causing it?? Also while lying down on back few times a month i have THROAT SUFFOCATION/ CHOKING, it feels like it is in area above the adams apple, but sometimes also in a pit below it. ///What could be the cause?? I havent done ultrasound for thyroid, could it be necessary? ///DIGESTIVE SYSTEM HEMORRHOIDS, chronic CONSTIPATION, mostly difficulty to pass even soft stool, stools are somewhat flatter than norm. CHRONIC NAUSEA DAILY for last year, tiredness, fatique. Daily distention of EPIGASTRIUM with pulsating sensation, sensitive to touch Mild GASTRITIS ///HEAD/ BODY Chronic itching in ears with daily discharge of offensive liquid. CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS MISPLACED THORACIC VERTEBRAES PAIN IN LOWERBACK ///MIND Had a lot of anxiety last year, few panic attacks, now trying to keep calm and meditate, but because of nausea, fatique hard to do even that Have family history of asthma, cancer of lungs Regards
