What Could Be Causing My Persistent Scabies Despite Multiple Treatments?

I can’t get rid of scabies!! HELP PLEASE!! Doc app 1 - permethrin cream on day 1 and another day 14. I did an extra one day 21, just in case but no luck. Doc app 2 - ivermectin on day 1 & day 14 (5 tabs of 3mgs each) I also did another permethrin in between doses. No luck! Took matters into my own hands from desperation... applied a further 4 tubes of permethrin day 1, day 3, 7 days later & 7 days later again. Dermatologist app - advised no more permethrin due to Scandri rash diagnosis & prescribed steroid cream & ivermetin to take on day 1 and day 8. I moved country and took first dose of ivermectin on day I left to ensure I wouldn’t get reinfested with the change of environment... IT HAS NOT WORKED!!! Constant pimple like rash redevelopment in the same areas as before, on shoulders and upper back. Not visible in between my hands/feet. I am now using Benzyl Benzoate for the last 2 days! I am BAFFLED!! Cleaning and changing clothes/bedding daily!! Does not make any sense HELP!!
