What Could Be Causing Of Sharp Pains In My Chest ?

I have small sharp that hit on the left side of my chest when I am relaxed. My Blood pressure is 145/80. This happens everyso often throughthe day, probably for about a week now. It is not super painfully, just noticable. What could be causing it ?

Hi. Chest pain might be due to cardiac causes, or even spasm of the muscles between the ribs. The important point here is to rule out cardiac causes as these kind of pain might be warning signs. Please consult a doctor and get a ECG done and other tests as suggested.
