What Could Be Causing One-sided Neck And Temple Pain, Along With Nausea, When I Lay Down?

Hi, often when i lay my head on the pillow then i start to feel pain in the neck and growing up this pain goes towards the temple as well. i feel nauseous .this pain shot ends after 7 to 8 hours. it is usually on the one side of the head. please give me advice to protect from this pain. i will be thankful to you.
