What Could Be Causing Pain In My Hip Along With Sore And Discomfort After Playing Two Softball Games?

Hi, I play competitive softball and had two games last night. I noticed my hip was bothering me when i started to walk and it got to the point where i was basically limping but i still played. I thought it would kinda just go away over nigh, not thinking much of it but today im at work and its sore and still hurts to walk and its uncomfortable in idol as well. don t think it would be arthritis because i am still quite young but not to sure what to think

Your symptoms could be related to a pinched nerve, like Sciatica or a twisted muscle. For this reason, I recommend having some rest, taking ibuprofen and perform stretching exercise.
