What Could Be Causing Recurring Testicular Pain After Blowing My Nose, Sitting, Or Hiking?

My right testicle or spermatic cord hurts day after i blow my nose hardly, i have experience this pain also when i sit in sofa for sometime to work on my computer. I have tested negative for hernia, i have gone to two urologist, they said everything is normal including my ultra sound test, no stds, no UTI. Just frustrated with this, dont know what to do any more. I also feel little pain on my left testicles area while hiking. Please help.
