What Could Be Causing Red And Swollen Tonsil?

My right tonsil is red and swollen but has dramatically shruk in comparison to my left tonsil. Also it has little white spots on it. Should i be concerened? And what should i do to cure it? I am 17 years old, my height is 5 7 and i weigh roughly 10 stone. For about three years i have constant swollen lymph nodes in my neck, but all blood tests have come back negative.

Hello,

You need to consult an ENT surgeon. You may have to start an antibiotic.

Take tablet amoxicillin 1 tab twice daily for 7 days. You need to undergo Tonsillectomy.
