What Could Be Causing Swelling In The Legs And Blood In Urine While Suffering From Addison S Disease?

I have been diagnosed for addisons disease approx 3 yrs ago. For the last year I have had to take 3 urine screens for different job posting at my work. And all three times I ve had signs of blood in my urine without being on my cycle or even near it. And all of a sudden my ankles and or legs are starting to swell and i am not on my feet like i used to be. What,are your thought??

Hello,

The swelling you described is not due to Addison disease but due to renal pathology. You should check the amount of cortisol in urine to see if the dose of hydrocortisone you are taking is the right one.
