Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Her symptoms could be related to a gastric ulcer. I recommend consulting with a gastroenterologist and performing a fibro-gastroscopy. In the meantime, I recommend taking a PPI (omeprazole, pantoprazole) twice daily.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
