What Could Be Done As My Eye Sight Started Losing After Being Hit By A Cricket Ball?

Hi !
my brother got once a cricket ball hit at his left eye sclera about 10 years ago. since then he started losing his sight of that eye. So many dr visited and they replied that currently there is no proper treatment available in this country (Pakistan). now his eye ball also started moving often seems muscles which control it getting weaker. Presently his sight for effected eye remain just 4 to 5 %.

Hello
It seems from the history that your brother is having poor vision following injury to the eye. Since the vision is less and the eye is deviated this is probably optic nerve damage resulting in optic neuropathy.
This needs evaluation to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
