What Could Be Done For Sore Black Hard Lump On The Leg Which Was Given Ice Pack And Taken Ibrufen?
my husband fell at work through some joist framing hitting his upper right leg on the outer side and now has a huge black and blue hard lump with pain...we have been putting ice on it for 15 min on 15 min off and took ibprophen it this considered a hip pointer

Due to blunt injury there can be hematoma collection .The bleeding that occurs result in hematoma collection. Over a period of time, as hematoma resolves it cause local skin symptoms around the hematoma.
Continue ice application,and thrombhophobe ointment may help.
