What Could Be Done For The Itchiness In Vagina And The Bumps On The Intritus And Labia Minora?

Hi doctor, i have been experiences vaginal itch since my period ended. This is the second time. The first time was 8 months ago, i took some pictures and showed my mom of a small cluster of white flat bumps in my labia minora . she s a nurse, advised me to put some diluted hydrogene peroxyde on it and continue my life. It was gone within 3 days. on thursday i had another itch a bit on my labia but mostly at my introitus . i went to the store to do the same thing my mom had told me 8 months ago, i had a look on sunday, and didn t see much , just what i thought were some flesh colored bumps at my introitus but i m not sure. now it s tuesday and the itch is still there. I decided to look and found brown/dark red bumps in my labia minora. I ve booked an STI test for tomorrow but i would like your take on things

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
If You are sexually active it's likely to be genital warts, genital herpes.
If you are not, the possibility of bacterial, fungal, yeast infection.
Whatever is the cause, having good genital hygine & advice of a doctor for diagnosis & specific treatment is indicated.
Thanks.
