What Could Be Done For The Pain In The Palm And Scratches On The Leg?

Last week I tripped on my brother in laws base of the pillar of the house and my left palm hurts and my right leg has a couple deep scratches (no skin broken but it was scraped) and had a lump on it that went down after I applied ice. Is there anything else I should be doing. By the way I cleaned up the scratches by applying Neosporen
