What Could Be Done To Reduce The Radiating Pain From Lower Back To Ankle?
hello. I have pain originating from my lower back and shoots out to my buttock, behind my right knee and down to my shin and ankle. I have had this pain for 6 months. I had went to do Physio Therapy but it did not bring me back to 100 %. Will I ever be brought to 100%?

Hi You should rule out a condition called sciatica. It is a neuralgia caused by disc bulge in l5s1. If it is the condition muscle relaxants and physiotherapy might give you relief. Those who are not getting any relief with medicines and physiotherapy for such condition can consider surgery.Better to approach an orthopedician to rule out your condition.Hope this may help you thanks
