What Could Be Heavy Cramps And Breast Tenderness With Negative Pregnancy Test Result?

The date of my last period was from December 19 to December 24th. I had a full and heavy period. A week later I started to experience heavy cramping and my breasts were so tender and sore that I could not wear my bra. I have taken several home pregnancy test but they are all negative. The clinic feels it is too early for a blood test. Could I be pregnant or already in mid-cycle?

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms. if you have had unprotected sex, then you could be pregnant. However, with negative pregnancy test, it is less likely but I should also stress that it is very early to witness a positive test now. These symptoms could be related to premenstrual symptoms. However, if you do not want to get pregnant now, please consider adopting and using a reliable method of contraception.

I will advice that you wait patiently to the date of your don't see your periods, next expected menses. if you your periods don not show up, then repeat the test for more information.
