What Could Be Pimple Like Non Itchy Bumps Below Child's Arm Pit?
My 3 yo daughter has pimple like bumps just below her arm pit last sat there were only 3 which I thought were flea bites as we were at a friends home who's dog had fleas. But now there are at least 15 off them some have got a very tiny white bump. She has no allergies. They are not itchy and do not hurt.

I really appreciate your concern if the lesions are increasing in numbers then this could be infective boils, if I would be her doctor then I would treat her with the following medicine,
1) Povidone oint.
2) Gentian violet 1 %
