What Could Be Red Dots On Penis Head With No Itch Or Burn?
I have one tiny red dot on the head of my penis. It is located about the center of the head. It does not itch or burn and is not raised up, but makes me concerned. I had unprotected sex 3 days ago. I am just curious if this is from friction or an infection or an STD?
