What Could Be The Blisters On Hand,arms And Chin?

I have a blister on my hand, with a black mark on the top of it. It looks similar to a poison ivy blister, but I've not had the black mark before. Other smaller blisters are forming on my hand and arm, and 2 red welts under my chin. Any idea what this could be?
