What Could Be The Bright Spot On Baby S Heart That Is Visible In Ultrasound?

My daughter isis 24 yrs old and 24 weeks pregnant and her ultrasound at 20 weeks showed a bright spot on the baby s heart. She had another ultrasound yesterday that still shows the bright spot. Her quad screen came back negative. I know they say it s a soft marker for downs, but what are the chances of that? Everything else looks good according to dr. Also what does it mean, what could it be, and if it s nothing, why is it there??

If the quad marker has reported normal results, there is nothing to worry about. This could just be a chamber or valve that is picking up such a picture on the ultrasound. Do not worry about it.
