I am a 36 year old female and have found a bump on the inside tip of the urethra. Every other day or so it seemed to release white puss when pressed, similar to a pimple. I have been tested for everything and everything is negative. My obgyn does not know what it is but she has not seen the puss and can't find anything. It does not hurt when going to the bathroom but the area is tender. My dr seems to thing maybe a small cyst, and I should take sit baths. But I am not sure, I feel like it may be something else. Any ideas???
