What Could Be The Cause For Diarrhea After Skipping Breakfast, Lunch And Taking Heavy Dinner?
Hi there I skipped breakfast today and really didn't have a lunch came home an had a snack and then ate like half a pizza around 8:00pm right after eating I got dizzy and felt like throwing up. About 45min later I threw up and had diarrhea. Now I feel better just wondering what you think
Dear it is very clear If go against the law of nature and do not follow food routine of nature that is four mels a day ;break fast and evening tea small quantity lunch and dinner heavier. Medical science advises small frequent meals .
now what happened was thay piza did not suit to empty stomach and may be some infectin or allergic food ingredients in piza resulted in vomiting and diarrhoea it is as simple as that Donot worry nothig serious Dr Lal
