What Could Be The Cause For Dizzy Spells And Blood During Bowel Movements?
Hi I have recently been in hospital from acute pancreatitis then when I was released I then started to feel rather weak like not wanting to do anything then I also kept getting dizzy spells even now they come and go I have been bleeding when releasing my bowls and just now I passed gas and a slimy substance came out

You may be having hemorrhoids... show to a surgeon and get a proctoscopy done for it.
The dizziness and weakness can be due to anaemia...following chronic blood loss. So get a hemogram done too.
