What Could Be The Cause For Hard And Bloated Stomach?

Hi, for the past several years I have chronically complained to my doctor about my stomach. At first, it would bloat up and fizzled down. Then, it started staying bloated. Now, I look as though I'm 8 months pregnant (59 years old) my stomach is hard and stays bloated. A man friend tried to lay on top of me and I had to tell him to get up because it was hurting my stomach.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to bloating.

I suggest using simethicone medication such as GasX.

If the symptoms continue I suggest using a gastroprotective such as Omeprazole.

I also recommend eating a healthy fiber rich diet.
