General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Conditions like fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome ( CFS). Consult a physician and get evaluated. Depressive episodes can also cause similar symptoms.

Electrolyte imbalances and thyroid dysfunction can also lead to similar symptoms.

Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
