What Could Be The Cause For Prolonged Weakness, Fatigue And Low Energy Levels?
I am a 26 year old Male. I ve been having problems for 4 years. I ve had blood work. Been to 2 cardiologist, neurologist, had a.m MRI, cat scan, wore a halter monitor and all kinds of test. I m still having problems with no answers. Weakness in legs and arms. Tingling in arms and legs. Dizzy. Heart palpitations. Confused. Fatigue. No energy. Clammy hands. My heart rate is in the 50 s most of the time
Conditions like fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome ( CFS). Consult a physician and get evaluated. Depressive episodes can also cause similar symptoms.
Electrolyte imbalances and thyroid dysfunction can also lead to similar symptoms.
Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
