What Could Be The Cause For Small Lesions That Shows Like Small Bugs Present Forming White Lines On The Skin?

I Had 3, what I thought, were insect bites. the itch was incredible. went to a dermatologist & she prescribed cream, Permathrin Cream. I used as prescribed 3 times over a 6 week period. But, it did not work. I have a printers loop & kept an eye on my skin. The lesions had tiny white larvae & bugs were present & plenty. The doctor did a biopsy for scabies but it was negative. She said just let them heal. Well, they re still active & are forming white lines on my arms & sometimes they swell. i m at my wits end. can someone help?

Hello,

I have gone through your query and would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizineonce daily for 2 weeks.
