Eye problems are treated by ophthalmologists
But first please make sure if ther is no swelling anywhere else in body like your feet or legs or abdomen.
Because sWelling under eyes may also be caused by kidney disorders and some other illnesses.
But if the swelling is associated with redness or pain or itching or discharge in eyes it is best to consult ophthalmologist
