What Could Be The Cause Of Bad Cramps On Left Side, Chest Pain, Palpitartions?

for the past year i have had bad cramps on my left side on and off, i also had palpitartions and pain in the centre of my chest and an aching arm cold sweats and feeling like im 50 stone erven though im 9stone very tired and cold sweets l am feeling very tired. A lison

Thanks for your query.
The causes of your symptoms may be anxiety, ischemic heart disease, underlying valvular heart disease. I will suggest you to go for an ECG in all leads and echocardiographic examination to rule out heart disease first along with thyroid profile to rule out underlying thyroid diseases because many a times thyroid disorders can cause such problem. If the organic causes are ruled out then the functional disorder possibly generalised anxiety disorder should be considered and you have to consult a psychiatrist then.
