Hello!

Welcome to HCM!

Your symptoms seem to be related to a chronic infection (bacterial or fungal).

I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical examination and some blood lab tests:

- complete blood count
- PCR, sedimentation rate
- anti-stretolysine O titer
- throat discharge bacterial culture.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes,
Dr. Aida
