Hello,
The foreskin or prepuce is the double-layered fold of skin, mucosal and muscular tissue at the distal end of the human penis, it can develop
rash due to poor hygiene. Take bath regularly and do not let
smegma accumulate, it may cause infection and hence sores or lesions. Your symptoms can be indicative of
balanoposthitis, a condition when the head of the penis or the foreskin gets inflamed.
Sometimes, due to aggressive sex, it may get hurt with cuts, abrasions that may form a scar later. You can apply ointment
Soframycin on the area affected. Make sure it is moisturized, do not let it become too dry. Since you had unprotected sex, get it clinically examined by a
urologist.
Get STD tests done to rule out bacterial or fungal infections, allergies, STIs, etc. If report obtained shows positive report, you will be treated accordingly with a course of oral antibiotics/ anti-fungal medications or antivirals. Avoid sex or any other sexual activity till you are healing.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
