What Could Be The Cause Of Pain On Left Side Of Chest?

May i know what could be the cause of pain on left side of chest from the midrib centrally located in abbout two inch area ,increasing with movement experiencing it now taking just deep breath not making to feel this pain only when turning left or right it is getting felt incresingly

ya ,I want to know whether your are having any comorbities like diabetis,hypertension,age,smoking history.this chest pain on walking May be serious problem. so better you consult cardiologists and pulmonologists once.or it maybe a muscle spasm.better to get evaluated
