Most common causes of premature ejaculation are stress, performance anxiety, lack of experience and infection in urogenital tract. So cause can be psychological (common in young people) and medical (common in old age group) in origin.
In treatment of premature ejaculation, cause of the problem is treated after examination and investigation.
In general following steps will you: -Do not take any stress during act. -Use behaviour intervention like stop-start technique. -Treatment with SSRI medicines: under psychiatrist supervision. -Trying different position during act will also help you.
