What Could Be The Cause Of Spasms In Arms And If Have To Squeeze Fist Tightly To Get Rid Of The Pain?
my left arm seems to spasm..but it aches..and I have to squeeze my hands closed in a tight fist till its done. I will have to do this often for hours at times before it stops. Just started in the last couple months... What could cause this.? Its uncomfortable...

I can understand your problem this could be muscular problem and may be due to the poor and uneven movement of your hand that might be causing the muscular spasm if I would be your doctor then I would treat this with the "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen three times in day try to maintain the good movement of your arm hope this information helps you have a good day.
