What Could Be The Cause Of Tenderness And Pain In Abdomen While Urination?
My son is experiencing a cramping sensation when he urinates. He says that a few minutes after he urinates, the discomfort subsides. He also report some tenderness when he pushes on his lower abdomen and that same cramping sensation when he was running / jumping.

well, he could be suffering from lower urinary tract (lower ureter or bladder) calculus. Plz get urine routine or culture with ultrasound or CT KUB to rule locate calculus and any infection.
He will improve with drotaverine with adrenergic blockers.
He may need surgery too. Kindly get back once reports have come.
