Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms ouneasyness in throat which increases after food intake which seems to be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease which leads to excessive acid production. Need not to worry. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You should get fibroptic examination and barium meal study done to check extent of infection. You should maintain oral hygiene. Do warm saline gargles. Avoid taking large meals and take small and frequent meals. Take proton pump inhibitors and antacid combination.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
