What Could Be The Cause Of Watery Eyes And Irritation?

Hello, My wife is having watery eyes since 2 months. Initially it started with irritation and we consulted a physician nearby. Now from the last weeks her eyes are watery. No effect after consulting another physician as well. Any suggestions what could be the issue? Many thanks!

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

The most common cause of watery ryes with irritation is an allergy. I will suggest that she tries some anti allergy medications and see what change that would bring to this condition. Also, if there has been a recent changes in her cosmetic box, let her investigate closely to make sure one of these is not responsible for this persistent allergy. Eye drops containing steroids or anti histamines would make a good option to use for this.

I hope this helps. I wish her well.
