What Could Be The Hard Bump In Bottom Of Kneecap For Years?

I have a hard bump on the bottom of both my kneecaps. I have had them for years I am sixteen now. They do not hurt but they use to. If I mess with them I can feel that they are there. The one on my right knee is barely noticeable anymore but definitely use to be. They are rock hard.

knee cap may have some abnormal calcium deposition at patella. Also some time it can be abnormal bone present since early childhood. You can get X ray and confirm the diagnosis. I do not think that this will going to cause any problem for you. You can ignore it.
