What Could Be The Hard Lump Outside Vagina Which Is Dark In Color?

I have a hard lump outside vagina dark color shinny appearance. lump is under the skin, I thought it could be infected hair but it hasn t gone away, painful to touch approximate 3 weeks time frame. Size of cyst pinky nail in diameter .Concerned, any suggestions

I appreciate your concern what history given here I could say that this could be folliculitis, the chances of pus formation may be there, in my opinion its better to start the anti-inflammatory drug no need to start the antibiotic at this stage this could turn the lesion into antibioma, and the best anti-inflammatory drug is " Tab Ibuprofen 400mg three times in day, hot fermentation would be helpful, hope this information helps you have nice day.
