What Could Be The Hard Pus Filled Bumps On Eye?

i was diagnosed with blepharitis, given erythromycin salve, but finally had to take an antibiotic. I no longer have the small pus filled bumps. However, I now have two hard pus filled bumps that I started out with on my one eye and nothing helps them. They are not painful just unsightly to me. What could these be?

They may be kalazion just stacked gland. Give phomantation. they may required. scooping out of content after an incision. They are not pus filled,only accumulation of secretion.
