I have many red patches in my skin...it is itchy and when I consulted a doctor...she said urticaria.....how can i manage it....maybe it is something else....due to intestinal worms?..may be due to blood problem...wnat possibly causing it..please help me....
I read your query and understood your concern. Itchy raised patches over the body which are well defined and have a reddish hue surrounding it points towards urticaria.
As scary the name sounds, it is actually just an allergy to something outside or inside your body.
It may be due to worms, but certainly not blood condition. Also it is mostly due to allergy to some food ingredient or drugs or just external environmental condition. You ll need to observe what triggers it and find out and try to avoid it.
For now, take oral anti histaminic like cetrizine or loratadine twice a day for relief of itching and skin lesions.
Hope I helped
