Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding lump in throat along with ulceration in mouth and tongue.

As you said that you are having painless lump in throat with ulceration in mouth and tongue, your these symptoms are indicating towards neoplastic lesion as there is no pain therefore it will be better to get yourself checked by ENT doctor and also undergo some investigations as per advice of your doctor including endoscopy of throat.

Till you are waiting for specialist you may take-

1- Antacid with PPI.

2- Antiseptic mouth wash.

3- Boroglycerine locally over tongue.

4- Multivitamins.

I hope this will help you.

Regards.
