Hello, As painless lump over collar bone can due to many causes including Lipoma, healing fractured bone, Lymphoma, or enlarged lymph nodes. By only location and complain of pain one can not able to say about nature of lump, that is either benign, malignant or only a pathological process. So, go and consult a surgeon who will do physical examination as well as necessary investigations like Total blood count, X-ray, CT-scan, FNAC of lump. Take care, bye.
