What Could Be The Lump On Thigh And Vagina Which Are Painful?

Hello, Im 17 and have recently discovered a lump on the crease of my right hand side thigh and vagina. It is quiet small however painful, when i walk it causes shooting pains like i am pulling a muscle, however on the left i get constant pain in my knee. i am very worried as when i cough i feel discharge.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears that you have an abscess,in the left side of the thigh,with the small opening,and is discharging when there is exertion like cough.
The knee pain on the left side may be entirely different, it may be due to arthritis.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an incision and drainage of the lump.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin,ornidazole,diclophenac sodium, and paracetamol.
