What Could Be The Oblong Sticky Substance In The Stools?

Hello, I had just vomited. I was in my shop & it s very hot & I started sweating then vomited. i feel fine now but I noticed a white oblong substance in the toilet, about the size of an orange segment. It was kind of translucent & I got it out with some toilet paper. When I touched it, it was somewhat solid but very, very sticky. Very bizarre! I ran my hand underwater but is just smeared around until I washed with soap. What could this be? Thank you, Seth

Hi welcome to HCM....

Here your stool needs to be examibed by stool routine microscopic examination....

If it shows pus cells and bacteria than treatment with ciprofloxacin like broad spectrum antibiotic done for five days ..

If stool shows eggs of ameba than metronidazole needed ...

If other nematatode parasite there you need to given albendazole and ivermectine tablet therapy.....

Drink more water ...

Avoid excess spicy foods ...
Fruits more. ..

For vomiting domperidone can be taken ....

If still condition not improved USG and stool culture like investigation done for further work up...
