What Could Be The Pea Sized Lump In Scalp Of A 6 Year Old Child Which Is Causing Headache?

Hi my 6 yr old son was complaining of a headache two days ago then just tonight he has pointed out to me a small pea size lump in his scalp. It is painless and does not move. He has not bumped his head in any way. Any ideas what this could be? I m quite worried.

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

It could possibly be lymph node in the scalp which is commenest non painful benign swelling in scalp.
It should regress on its own.

Take Care

Best Regards
Dr Deepak
