The fleshy mass is most likely to be a Pterygium. It is a conjunctival( white part of eye) degeneration which occurs due to exposure to UV radiation of the sunlight, dust and dirt.It is not a serious issue. Treatment is surgical removal if it interferes with vision ( induces astigmatism) or grows over the cornea(colored part). Kindly continue with the anti-glaucoma eye drops as prescribed by your doctor.
