What Could Be The Reason Behind Unbearable Pain On Chin After An Accident While No Relief With Antibiotics And Steroids?

My daughter and her best friend hit me in the eyes/face in June and my daughter gave me two black eyes last year on New Year s eve. I ve had bad headaches, changes on and off in my vision, pain down my neck and into my shoulder. I already had lupus and RA, my pain doctor has tried injections into my left shoulder because he thinks I ve developed a bone spur on my left shoulder. My face, head and kneck hurt so bad today. The second attack was reported to the state police and my biological daughter is currently in treatment for a dual diagnosis and the other girl we had guardianship of can t come to our home anymore which has been emotionally hard for me, because we adopted her special needs brother and sister. I also have a gland or something that has been swollen after my daughter hit me on New Year s Eve under my chin on the left side. I ve been treated with an antibiotic and steriods, but I m in a lot of pain today and nothing seems to help. Do you think I could have a chipped or broken bone around my eye or nose?
