What Could Be The Reason For Acute Muscular Pain In Sharp Bursts In Upper Left Arm ?
Acute seemingly muscular pain in sharp bursts in upper left arm. Not been doing any heavy lifting or unusual work with arms. Slim build (70kg and 5 foot 7 inches in height). No heart related issues, non-smoker and moderate alcohol intake. 65 years of age. male.

Hi...it could be due to a nerve which could had got compressed during sleep or due to a muscle catch...if it doesn't resolves in a day or two...show to a physician...
